Free standard shipping within Australia!
Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge within approximately 4-6 business days via standard Parcel Post, courtesy of Australia Post. Parcel Post includes a tracking number, up to $100 of compensation and carbon neutral parcel delivery (as per Australia Post’s T&Cs).
Express Post
Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days. Please select this option at the checkout for an extra nominal charge of $5. Please note Caroline Jones has no control over delivery once the parcel has been shipped.
Insurance
Extra Cover for loss or damage up to $5,000 can also be purchased for a small fee – please get in touch if this is something you are interested in.
International Standard Parcel Post – Australia Post
Includes a tracking number (with email notifications).

How long will my order take to arrive?
- Domestic Standard Parcel Post (major metro areas): approx. 4-6 business days
- Domestic Express Parcel Post (major metro areas): approx. 1-2 business days
- International Standard Parcel Post (major metro areas): approx. 1-2 weeks
All orders come with a tracking number which can be tracked via the Australia Post website
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates only, based on guidelines provided by Australia Post. Delays can occur from time to time. Please get in touch if your parcel is late. Check with your local customs authorities for information regarding possible delays or charges which may be incurred when clearing customs. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
If you receive your item and you believe it is damaged, or in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please get in touch ASAP so the situation can be rectified.
Exchanges
Exhchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery of the item. Please get in touch ASAP to arrange the exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Exchanging items for a different size is possible for stock items, however please be sure to provide an accurate size for personalised/custom pieces to avoid any unnecessary resizing charges (see Ring Sizing for further information).
Refunds
Refunds are not offered on the basis of customer change of mind. A store credit will be issued instead.
Returns of personalised or custom pieces are not accepted. This includes items with personalised text. However, please note that if the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault within the first year of purchase, the item will be repaired free of charge.
Safe shipping of returns and exchanges remains the responsibility of the customer (unless there is deemed to be a manufacturing fault). A trackable, insured mail service is recommended.
If, in the unlikely event, an item you have ordered is unable to be made within a reasonable timeframe, you will be notified ASAP to arrange an agreeable alternative or full refund.
