How will my purchase be packaged?
All jewellery is packaged in a black gift box embossed with silver graphics. For postage purposes, goods will be packaged using recyclable/recycled materials where possible, in a sustainable as possible manner.
Will my item be identical to the image on your website?
All items are lovingly handcrafted by Caroline in her studio which means that no two items will be exactly the same. Your piece will be as unique and individual as you!

Variations of colour and texture may also occur depending on the calibration of your computer screen. It is impossible to ensure a 100% accurate representation of the pieces digitally due to these potential discrepancies.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes, it is possible to have a custom piece of jewellery made for you or a loved one. This may be a simple case of choosing your own text to appear on a piece, or a piece based on several design elements you see in Caroline’s work. Please fill in the enquiry form with tailored questions regarding custom jewellery pieces.

How long will it take to make my item?
Please allow a production time of between 1-5 weeks. Production time can depend on the complexity of the order, availability of materials and current demand. Thank you for supporting a small, local business – your individual creation will be worth the wait! Please note that production estimates do not include shipping time, and a little extra time may be required if any modifications are made to pieces being ordered. While unlikely, Caroline will be in touch if there are going to be any unavoidable delays, so an agreeable arrangement can be made.
Do you cater for rushed orders?

For urgent orders, please get in touch prior to completing your purchase. Caroline will do her best to accommodate your request.

Are all of your designs available to purchase in your online shop?

The online shop features a curated selection of designs. If you were after something slightly different, please get in touch so some images of other available designs can be emailed through to you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payments made with Visa and MasterCard are accepted, using the Square gateway at the checkout. Alternatively, you can use Afterpay to pay in 4 installments. Direct bank transfers are also accepted (Australian customers only). Production of items will commence upon receipt of payment.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices in the shop are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). International customers please note that the amount which appears on your bank statement may differ to that shown at the checkout, depending on currency conversion and any relevant fees imposed by your financial institution.
Are the online prices subject to change?
Occasionally prices are subject to change, depending on the materials used. However, the price displayed in the shop checkout is the final price (in AUD) that you will pay.
Do you provide warranties?

A 12-month manufacturing warranty applies to all purchases – please hold onto your email receipt. If any faults arise in the first year, your piece will be repaired free of charge. Please get in touch regarding any warranty repairs and you will be provided with a shipping address. Once received, a detailed assessment of your item will determine whether or not a manufacturing fault is present. Damage caused by carelessness and/or mistreatment may result in a repair fee being charged.

Safe shipping of returns remains the responsibility of the customer. A trackable mail service is recommended.

I have lost an earring – can you make a new one to match?

Yes, a partner can be made for your lonely earring. The cost of a single earring is simply half the cost of a pair of the same earrings. You will need to send your existing earring to make sure a correct match is made. Please check the ‘I have a query about a repair’ box and complete the enquiry form.

Do you repair items out of warranty?

Yes, items can be repaired out of warranty, however a repair fee will apply. Please fill out the enquiry form for an estimate.
